Kapiti Libraries offer monthly baby time sessions at Otaki, Paraparaumu and Waikanae Libraries A wonderful way for parents and carers to interact with their babies through rhymes, finger-plays, music and stories. Have fun, socialise and spend quality ‘one-on-one’ time with your tot. Sessions are monthly at 10 am. Ōtaki: first Friday Paraparaumu: fortnightly from Wednesday 11 June 2014 Waikanae: third Wednesday
